We are seeking a Communications and Marketing Specialist to join our team and deliver marketing and operational support across the organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, contribute to strategic initiatives, and execute communications and marketing efforts with precision. The Specialist will play a key role in supporting brand consistency, coordinating projects, and enhancing the visibility of NANA North and its family of companies through thoughtful, well-executed communications. An interest in or experience in social media and content creation is a plus.

Weather: Indoors - environmentally controlled; requires most or all work to be done inside.
Noise level: The noise level in the work environment is usually that of a standard office atmosphere.
Description of environment: Office building with standard office environment.
Physical requirements: Employee is required to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk/hear, see, taste/smell, and carry weight/lift.
Travel: Up to 10% of the time. Employee may travel throughout Alaska and/or to remote locations and may be required to use alternative modes of transportation, including but not limited to snow machines, boats, small airplanes, and ATVs. Travel to and from the worksite will be provided and arranged by NANA.
